While visiting our daughter in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia in September 2013, we noticed a lot of commotion at a bridge, and we
were just in time for a special show put on by two Hudson-type steam engines. We were very fortunate to witness two R-class
steamers pulling a ten-car heritage passenger train out of Bendigo Station. Doing the honors were Victoria Rail R707 (City of Melbourne)
and R761. Incredible!.
