Windsor & Hantsport's purchase of ex-VIA 6765 off the second-hand locomotive market is
perhaps the least known of the FPA4 dispositions. Initially, W&H management was uncertain
as to the role the cab unit would play on the Canadian shortline railroad; thus the 6765 sat
idle and for the most part ignored. It was eventually sold to the Canadian Railroad Historical
Association and cosmetically restored to its as-delivered appearance, and it is presently on
exhibit at EXPO Rail in Delson, Quebec. (Photo needed)
